Migraine Massage / Headache Massage (Hot Stones And Cold Stones)
The migraine massage with hot and cold stones is a technique that combines massage therapy with the use of stones at different temperatures to reduce inflammation, decrease pressure, and alleviate headache pain. During the treatment, the therapist will place hot and cold stones on specific areas of the head, neck, and shoulders to relieve muscle tension and improve blood circulation. Cold stones can also help reduce inflammation and pain, while hot stones can help relax tense muscles and reduce stress. This type of specialized massage can be an excellent option for those seeking a natural and relaxing alternative to alleviate migraines.
Cupping Therapy
The cupping massage or therapy is a technique that uses glass or plastic cups to apply negative pressure on the skin and underlying tissues. This technique is divided into two types: dynamic and static cupping. Dynamic cupping involves moving the cups in circular motions over the skin, while static cupping involves placing the cups on specific areas of the body and leaving them there for a few minutes. Both types of cupping massage help to improve blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate pain. Cupping therapy can also help reduce inflammation, release toxins, and improve immune system function. This technique is an excellent option for those seeking a non-invasive alternative therapy to improve their overall well-being.

My Mission, Vision, Values and Goals
I am committed to treating each patient/client with an ethical, professional, caring, and healing session. Listening to their concerns, explaining, and describing what to expect during a treatment. My mission is to go the extra mile to assist patients during their healing journey, trying to make awareness not ignore signals when the body needs time to relax or recover. Muscle and headache tensions are the main cause of low energy, exhaustion, and lack of focus. A massage is very effective, brings immediate relief and reduces symptoms.

There are quite a few medical conditions that would make both the therapist and the patient uneasy in a treatment room for a massage. That’s why it’s imperative that, before you begin your session, the practitioner asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. Ask your doctor before using massage for any health condition, though.
